NPBS Cube

A Non-Polarizing Beam Splitter (NPBS) Cube is an optical component composed of two right-angle prisms bonded together with a special dielectric coating on their hypotenuses. It can divide incident light into reflected and transmitted beams in a preset ratio (e.g., 50:50), and it is insensitive to the polarization state of the incident light, maintaining the basic polarization characteristics of the output light. It is commonly used in scenarios such as interferometers, laser spectroscopy, and imaging systems where uniform beam splitting and avoidance of polarization effects are required.
